At IT-UK Laptop Repair Centre, we strive to provide excellent service and ensure customer satisfaction. If you need to return a product or seek a resolution for a service, please review the following policy.

1. Returns for Hardware or Software Products

  • Eligibility: Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and accessories intact.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Customised products, digital software keys, and downloaded software are non-refundable.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Faulty Products

  • Products that develop a fault within 30 days of purchase may be eligible for a replacement, repair, or refund, subject to assessment by our technicians.
  • After 30 days, we will offer repair or replacement in line with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

3. Service-Related Issues

  • If you are not satisfied with a repair or service, please notify us within 7 days of the service completion. We will re-evaluate and rectify any issues free of charge, provided they are directly related to the service performed.
  • Refunds for services will be considered only in cases where we are unable to resolve the issue after multiple attempts.

4. Exclusions

  • No refunds or replacements will be offered for damage caused by user error, misuse, or accidental damage following repair or installation.
  • Data recovery fees are non-refundable due to the nature of the service.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for processing.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Raise a Concern

  • Contact us by phone, email, or by visiting our service centre with your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
  • All returns and concerns will be processed during our standard business hours.

7. Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
